Brian has previously served with UNFPA as the International Program Coordinator for RMNCAH in Kiribati, Int’l Programme Specialist for ASRH and team leader for Youth & Gender in Liberia and prior to that, served with UNFPA Uganda and New York headquarters supporting policy & programming in the areas of Adolescent health, Comprehensive Sexuality Education, Family Planning, fistulae, HIV/AIDS and harnessing the youth demographic dividend.

A trained Economist and public health scientist from Makerere University in Uganda and Stanford University in San Francisco, USA; Brian has dedicated the largest part of his 19 year career, promoting access to Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights for adolescents and youth in both development and humanitarian contexts.

He is motivated by a strong desire to apply a business acumen in advancing the ICPD agenda though strategic partnership building, results focus, improved team performance and accountability.
